Hope you got your share of the beautiful sunshine we enjoyed in Leamington Spa this weekend. Dave and I got carried away tidying the garden and now we can't move without saying 'ooof'.

I'd so love to go to the Malvern Spring show and listen to Alan Titchmarsh speak his words of horticultural widsom. Not that it will mean anything to me in terms of my gardening expertise. I just want to see him so I'm entering the Sun competition today to be in with a chance.

I laughed at the other Sun competition to win one of five heated pet throws. My poor cat Pinky is like a little Shetland pony with a tail as bushy as a fox's brush and she's been panting in the heat this weekend. And it's only mid-March!
