Are you watching the Traitors at the moment? It's a complete mystery to me but lots of friends say it's the most exciting thing ever. If you're a fan, you absolutely must enter to in one of ten pairs of tickets to a Traitors live experience in London.

Dave and I have been on the prowl for a new energy supplier because the one we have charges us about fifty billion pounds a year. We think we've found a better deal after lots of investigating but if we are lucky in a competition today we needn't worry for a whole year!

Today we can win one of five prizes of our energy bills paid for a year which equates to more than £1,700  for each prize. I don't think even Martin Lewis could do better than that!

We're also on a mission to improve our home - when a Complete Compersubscriber popped in for a cup of tea last week, I was very conscious of how tatty some of our furniture is. It's not because of the cats - it's the children with their grubby hooves!

So, today there's a gorgeous prize of a love seat in a William Morris print of your choice. Love seats are perfect because there's enough room for you and a cat or two but not quite enough for children to sit with you.

And there's a limited-edition Ercol armchair to win that will be a design classic for many years to come. Wouldn't last the year in our house, obviously.
